PATH is looking for a qualified candidate to fill the vacant position of Officer Coordinator cum Receptionist for its PATH office in Tanzania
Duty Station:Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Position reports to:Country Program Administrator
Dub and Responsibilities:
The office Coordinator cum Receptionist will be responsible for answering telephones, taking messages and welcoming visitors, assist with general office duties i.e. coordinating internal meetings, conference rooms, maintaining lobby area, receiving mail/packages, schedule and coordinate travel for visitors and staff including accommodations, vehicles, flights, facilitates and coordinates requests for quotations of supplies, approved orders, program supplies, serves as executive assistant to Country Program Leader helping schedule and plan meetings, coordinate travel, compile, organize relevant background materials for meetings and monitor follow-up activities
